WOMEN/NOVICE - Tuesday/Thursday: 5:30pm - 8:00pm   Saturday: 10am-12pm
 

MEN - Monday/Wednesday: 5:30pm-8:00pm   Saturday: 7:30am


Race Days: Practice is not held on Saturday race-days.
